About CHM

Owners, Blake and Carl met through the wellness community in 2017. After a shared experience with their own personal health struggles and how they used holistic modalities to recover, they decided to combine their vision, passion, education and expertise to create a wellness center in which a clients health could be addressed at every level with a team of practitioners at their side. And thus Chattanooga Holistic Medicine was born!

At CHM we work as a community of practitioners to create a customized healthcare plan combining acupuncture, massage, exercise, chiropractic, functional medicine, and nutrition coaching to guide our care. We aim to empower each individual and unite them with a team of dedicated and knowledgeable providers.

Our Space

CHM consists of a 2,600 sq ft clinic and 1,400 sq ft personal training gym. The clinic provides a zen like sanctuary for clients to meet with their practitioners, receive treatments and care. The gym offers a light filled space for private movement sessions and group classes.
